Eyes are the windows to the world. Everything is not going to look beautiful if it senses our vision is disturbed much less blind. Many causes of blindness, one of them are cataracts. Cataract is the turbidity in the eye lens, where the clear lens that was originally changed to white. The position of the eye lens behind the iris (iris) that helps rays entering the eye, if the lens is cloudy due to cataracts the light from outside cannot enter the eyeball. So that gradually the vision will become blurred.
Worth the watch out, cataracts are also attacking the children, even newborn babies. There are four types of cataract, which is congenital, juvenaile, traumatic and senial. Congenital cataract is a cataract which attacks on infants. Juvenaile cataract is cataract which usually suffered by children up to young adults (teenagers) because of diabetes. Traumatic cataract is due to an accident and cataract senial, which usually attacks the elderly.

As a parent you ever noticed your child is interested in another world or your child’s difficult to lock eyes with his interlocutor’s eyes? Maybe your child’s autism, children with autism has a different behavior from other kids. Because no other because of their central nervous system is not perfect growing, so they too have difficulty in understanding language, learning, and communicate. It takes extra diligence and patience for parents who have children with autism.

The fears experienced by children are common. However, there is a good idea to help overcome that fear is not going to be a phobia. Experiencing and coping with anxiety can help children prepare themselves to face a bewildering experiences and challenging situations in life.
Have fear and anxiety of certain things can actually help to maintain the behavior. For example, a child with a fear of fire would make him avoid playing with matches. Ironically, the fear in children appear precisely because the “spread” his parents. For fear of something or a particular condition, without knowing it would prohibit the child’s parents with a way to frighten him. As a result, children are always afraid if they see even hear anyone or animal figures that for him already considered creepy.

Overcoming fear of the child, indeed we must be very clever set of attitude. For those of you who have small children must be feeling pleased and happy, especially when your child is acting funny and adorable. But as parents, not always a child’s behavior is fun. This often happens when parents want their children to sleep; problems may arise because not all children can be encouraged to sleep with ease. In fact, there may be some kids who take the fight when you’ll put him to sleep.
Here are some steps encourage children to bed early:
Give a sweet snack; Foods that cause drowsiness sweet, sweet food which means high in carbohydrates. But, be sure to choose healthy crabs for little snacks, like a piece of rye bread spread with peanut butter. These snacks should be provided one or two hours before he went to bed.

1. Food Watch Your Children
Reduce consumption of fast food, packaged snacks, and soft drinks, foods that are too sweet and high fat. Expand consuming fruits and milk. You can serve fresh meat and vegetables but in large enough portions.
